Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Amendments to These Terms

The updated Terms will take effect on the date stated in the update notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
